CEO Robert Stewart heads the team from our Central London HQ.
Robert has worked across various functions of the pharmaceutical industry, from supply chain to commercial, bringing a wealth of experience that helps position Theramex as a key player in Women’s Healthcare.
Robert was a former CEO of Amneal and, before that, Chief Operations Officer at Allergan. He has also held key leadership roles in organisations such as Abbott, Actavis, and Watson. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey.

Tina has over 25 years’ experience in global senior leadership roles the pharmaceutical industry. She brings experience of launching innovative products across diverse range of therapy areas within both large and small pharma companies.
Most recently Tina served as Business Manager at Ascensia Diabetes Care having spent the previous 12 years at Pfizer. Tina joined Theramex to lead the UK Women’s Health business in July 2020.

Karen has worked within Fertility and Reproductive Health for over 20 years, holding roles of increasing responsibility in organisations such as Ferring and Finox (Gedeon Richter).
In her previous role at Finox, Karen was the Vice President, General Manager UK and Ireland, before joining Theramex to lead the UK Fertility business in 2019.
I feel privileged to work within reproductive health alongside amazing healthcare professionals who help bring so much joy, to so many people, who are struggling with infertility.
Amanda brings over 25 years’ experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. She has worked across a range of therapy areas and products however her passion is Women’s Health.
Within Women’s Health, Amanda has worked for both Wyeth and Novo Nordisk, to bring new products to market and ensure sustainability for established portfolios. Amanda joined the Theramex UK Women’s Health business in June 2020.

Ailsa is a qualified accountant with 8 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She joined Theramex in 2018, as part of the Global Finance team, moving into her current role in the UK team in 2020.
Ailsa has a Masters’ degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
I’ve been lucky to work across multiple departments at Theramex, all of whom are committed to ensuring that all women, regardless of circumstance, have access to, and understand, the choices available to them within Contraception, Menopause and Fertility.
Simone has 6 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked across multiple therapy areas including Rheumatology, Neuroscience and Neonatal for companies such as Novartis and Abbvie. She actively champions diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace, having previously been a D&I Lead at Novartis.
Simone holds a Human Biology degree from Manchester Metropolitan University.
I am eager to work towards closing the gender health gap and improve the health of women in the UK by developing strategic partnerships and collaborations with Women’s Health stakeholders and organisations.
Hilary has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years and has had the privilege of working within many therapy areas and roles across the UK . Prior to joining Theramex in January 2022, she worked at AstraZeneca as a Regional Business Manager in the Respiratory Business Unit. Hilary began her career as a general nurse.
I am committed to leading the UK sales team for Theramex to be outstanding, passionate and motivated to improve the health and quality of life of women in the UK, through adding value and support with every interaction.
