We are pleased to announce that Theramex has completed its acquisition of the Femoston\u00ae and Duphaston\u00ae products in Europe (ex-UK) from Viatris. These products will complement our existing Menopause portfolio, ensuring women have a variety of treatments across Europe. Theramex’s acquisition of the UK rights remains subject to regulatory approval and until then Viatris retains the rights to the products in the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This acquisition represents a substantial investment into our portfolio.
