As part of the Government Equalities 2019 \u2018roadmap\u2019 on gender equality, the Government committed to conduct research into \u201cwhat works to improve women\u2019s reproductive health, across the life course\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the resulting actions was a Call for Evidence regarding Menopause in the Workplace which is now in its final week<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This inquiry examines the extent of discrimination faced by menopausal people in the workplace, and investigates how Government policy and workplace practices can better support those experiencing menopause.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
